Pam is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in practice management, business development and compliance. She is a Certified Medical Compliance Officer and was appointed by the governor to serve as a public member of the Connecticut Medical Examining Board. She is challenged daily by the constantly changing healthcare landscape and the goal to continually keep patients the primary focus of Waterbury Orthopaedic Associates.
Robyn joined the team at Waterbury Orthopaedic Associates in 1995. She is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Human Relations. As Director of Operations her focus is on maintaining an efficient daily workflow in a professional environment. Her goal is to enhance patient satisfaction by providing a positive experience. She's the person who keeps things running efficiently and the staff all together.
Mary earned an Associate’s Degree from Mattatuck Community College. She joined Waterbury Orthopaedic Associates in 1994 and has over 25 years of experience as a medical coder and biller. She has continued her education in the area of orthopaedic billing and coding and is ready to manage the ever changing regulatory requirements. Her focus is to assist our patients and provide timely, accurate and compliant billing services to our practice.
Sue is a medical transcriptionist with over 33 years of experience and lucky for us, 16 of those years have been with Waterbury Orthopaedic Associates. Her specific areas of expertise are radiology and orthopaedics.
